| 摘 要： | 讨论磷精矿中主要杂质进入产品酸的状况,简要介绍黄麦岭磷酸、磷铵工艺,并以黄麦岭磷精矿及工艺、产品质量数据为基础,总结出磷精矿杂质指数与磷铵总养分的关系;浓磷酸密度与磷铵总养分的关系,可为磷酸、磷铵工艺及产品质量控制提供预测。

| Abstract: | The entering of impurities in phosphate concentrate into wetprocess phosphoric acid is discussed. Based on the parameters of Huangmailing phosphate rock and the process in this enterprise, a relationship between MER of phosphate concentrate and the total nutrients of ammonium phosphate and another relationship between the density of phosphoric acid and the total nutrients of ammonium phosphate, are obtained, which are helpful to the predictions of phosphoric acid and ammoninm phosphate processes, product quality control. |
