摘    要:针对目前大量元素水溶肥料利用率不够高以及水不溶物含量偏高的现状,介绍大量元素水溶肥料研发过程中遇到的问题及解决措施,包括优化肥料增效剂、原材料配方以及制备工艺条件,制备的大量元素水溶肥料产品的质量符合国家行业标准要求,其中水不溶物质量分数低于0.5%。肥料田间试验证明,肥料的利用率高,在施用量减量20%的情况下,作物的产量还略有提高。

Abstract:In order to enhance the efficiency and decrease the water-insoluble substance content of water-soluble fertilizer, the water-soluble fertilizer containing N, P, K and micronutrients are investigated. The problems existing in production and solution are introduced. By optimizing fertilizer synergists (urease and nitrification inhibitors), composition of nutrients and manufacturing conditions, fertilizers with high nutrient percentage and low water-insoluble substances are prepared. The results indicate that the qualities of prepared fertilizers are fully complied with all the national standards, water-insoluble substances mass ratio is below 0.5%. Field application experiment results suggest that the fertilizers have higher efficiency, and the yield of applied crops is higher than that of the conventional fertilizers even applied in reduced amounts of 20%.
