洗矿废水的处理

摘    要:洗矿废水具有处理量大、悬浮颗粒小、极难澄清、呈现超稳定胶体状态、COD含量高等特点。为使其处理达标.采用石灰二级中和处理的方法,辅以投加助凝剂(石灰石)和絮凝剂(聚丙烯酰胺)破坏其超稳定悬浮胶体,改善洗矿废水的过滤性能。洗矿废水经处理后悬浮物去除率迭91.6%,COD去除率达95.2%,且ρ(F)≤15mg/L、ρ(P)≤35mg/L、ρ(ss)≤80mg/L,达到《磷肥工业水污染物排放标准》的要求。

Abstract:The wastewater of ore washing is with the characteristics including large amount, small suspended particles, extremely difficult to clarify, exceed stable state colloid, high COD content. The filtration property of wastewater is improved by two-stage lime neutralization and adding the limestone and polyacrylamide to damage its stable state colloid. After the treatment, the removal rate of SS is 91.6%, the removal rate of COD is 95.2%, the ρ(F) of water is ≤15mg/L, ρ(P)≤35 mag/ L, ρ(SS)≤80mg/ L, which can meet the requirements of Discharge standard of water pollutants for phosphate fertilizer industry in China.
