云南滇池地区海口磷矿料浆法工艺制重钙的试验研究

摘    要:以云南海口磷矿为原料,试验优化研究磷酸浓度、反应温度、反应时间、磷酸加入量、磷矿粉细度、返料比、原料磷酸含固量等工艺控制条件对料浆法生产重钙磷矿分解率和产品质量的影响,得出优惠工艺条件和用活性较差的云南海口磷矿只能生产一等品重钙的结论。并提出:提高二次磷矿细度、反应温度,适当延长反应时间,适当提高造粒、干燥温度以提高磷矿分解率;认为:用料浆法工艺生产重钙时,选择活性好、品位低一些的磷矿比选择品位高,但活性差的磷矿更经济合理。

Abstract:Based on the raw material of Haikou phosphate rock in Yunnan Province, the influence of technological conditions on the dissolving rate of phosphate rock and final product quality is studied, including such conditions as the concentration of phosphoric acid, reactive temperature, residence time, charging mass of phosphoric acid, size of ground phosphate rock, returns ratio and solidcontaining content of raw material phosphoric acid. The optimum technological conditions are obtained, and the concludes are drawn: manufacture of firstgrade TSP as only upper limitation from Haikou phosphate rock with poor activity; the measures of increasing the size of secondary ground phosphate rock, reactive temperature, and raising properly the residence time and the temperatures of granulation and drying for improvement of the dissolving rate of phosphate rock; relatively more reasonable & economical production of TSP by slurry process from the phosphate rocks with better activity and lower grade than from those with better grade and lower activity.
