| 摘 要： | 阐述磷肥工业现状、主要成绩、存在的主要问题。介绍“十一五”磷肥工业发展策略及目标,到2020年,磷肥生产能力达1 620万t P2O5,产量达1 320~1 350万t P2O5,高浓度磷肥产量占磷肥总产量的65%~70%。并提出了建议国家采取的政策措施。
