黄磷生产效益与电炉容量关系的探讨

摘    要:通过吨黄磷入炉成本、电炉电耗成本、电炉化料量等与黄磷电炉容量之间关系的数据,说明黄磷生产效益随电炉容量增大而提高,大中型容量的黄磷电炉有利于应用创新技术提高混合炉料化料量降低电炉电耗,故提出为提高效益,应采用大容量(2万kVA)黄磷电炉,针对大容量黄磷电炉产率低提出几点建议。

Abstract:According to the data analysis on the ton unit cost of yellow phosphorus entrance furnace,the cost of power consumption,and the relation between material melt amount and furnace volume,the view point is expounded that the high economic return results from large furnace volume,which is convenient for adaptation of new technique to increase the material melt amount and reduce power consumption.The yellow phosphorus furnace with 20000 kVA is recommended and some suggestions for improving output are also presented.
