隔震支座用橡胶材料的研究进展

摘    要:介绍基础隔震的概念及发展历程,概述在建筑物中使用隔震支座的必要性以及隔震支座用橡胶材料的研究进展。为了提高橡胶支座的隔震性能,可采取多种方法提高橡胶支座的阻尼性能。普遍采用的方法是在橡胶支座的中心位置竖直插入纯度为99.9%的铅芯以提高支座的阻尼性能,但该方法有一定局限性,更多的是通过加入填料或者其他物理化学方法改性来改善支座用橡胶材料的阻尼性能。高阻尼橡胶隔震支座具有更好的抗震能力,是新一代隔震支座的发展趋势。

Abstract:This paper introduces the concept of "base isolation" and the development of it in recent decades, outlining the necessity of the use of isolation bearing in the building, the advantage of rubber material and its research progress. In order to enhance the performance of rubber bearing seismic isolation, researchers have taken a variety of methods to improve its damping performance. Nowadays, a lead core with the purity of 99.9% is widely used to insert into the center of rubber bearings vertically. However, it also has some limilations. Currently, more researchers are committed to improve the damping property of rubber bearings through adding fillers and other physical chemical modification. High damping rubber bearings with better seismic capacity, is the development trend of the new generation of bearing.
