甲基丙烯酸铈补强天然橡胶的性能研究

摘    要:研究甲基丙烯酸铈对采用硫黄/过氧化物复合硫化体系的天然橡胶(NR)性能的影响。结果表明:当甲基丙烯酸铈用量为5份、硫黄和硫化剂DCP用量均为1.5份时,硫化胶的拉伸强度最大;甲基丙烯酸铈在NR基体中的分散性良好;与未添加甲基丙烯酸铈的NR硫化胶相比,添加甲基丙烯酸铈的NR硫化胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度增大,耐热空气老化性能改善。
