过氧化物动态硫化的NBR/POM共混物性能的研究

摘    要:采用过氧化物硫化体系用动态硫化方法制备了丁腈橡胶/聚甲醛(NBR/POM)热塑性弹性体。研究了硫化体系、橡塑比对共混物性能的影响。实验结果表明.采用2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(叔丁基过氧基)己烷硫化体系硫化效果较好.共混物的综合性能优异;随着POM用量增加.共混物的拉伸强度略有增加,表观粘度降低,加工性能变好,电绝缘性能、老化性能和耐油性能均得到明显改善。

Abstract:Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR)/polyoxymethylene (POM) thermoplasticelastomers were prepared by dynamic vulcanization with peroxide. The effects of the curing system and the amount of POM on properties of NBR/POM blends were studied. The test results showed that the NBR/POM blend exhibited excellent comprehensive properties when cured with 2, 5-dimethyl -2, 5-di (t-butylperoxy) hexane; with the increase of the amount of POM in the blend, the tensile strength increased, the apparent viscosity decreased, the processibility,electric insulation,aging resistance and oil resistance improved significantly.
