伊蒙粘土/炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料的性能研究

摘    要:采用伊蒙粘土替代部分炭黑,研究伊蒙粘土用量对伊蒙粘土/炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料硫化特性、物理性能、动态力学性能和导热性能的影响。结果表明:随着伊蒙粘土用量增大,混炼胶的Payne效应减弱,最大转矩减小,正硫化时间缩短;硫化胶的耐热老化性能、气密性、抗冲击性能提高;添加5和7份伊蒙粘土的硫化胶物理性能和耐磨性能与未添加伊蒙粘土的硫化胶相当,且明显好于添加10和15份伊蒙粘土的硫化胶;伊蒙粘土可明显提高硫化胶的抗湿滑性能、减小滚动阻力。

Abstract:The effects of the content of I / S on the vulcanization, mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of the composites were studied by using Yimeng clay (I / S) instead of carbon black filled with natural rubber. The results show that with the increase of I / S content, the Payne effect of the compound decreases, the maximum torque MH decreases, and the time of vulcanization becomes shorter. When the content of I / S is 5 and 7, the mechanical properties , The wear resistance is close to that of pure carbon black, and it is obviously better than that of adding 10 parts and 15 parts of I / S. The mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of the composites are improved. With the increase of I / S content, The results show that the addition of I / S can improve the wettability of the compound and reduce the rolling resistance.
