水泥窑用碱性砖趋向无铬化

摘    要:从日本,美国,德国,巴西等国家窑用耐火材料的发展变化情况,概括出水泥窑用砖的现状和发展趋势,镁铬砖由于存在公害问题,碱性砖正向无铬化逼近,镁尖晶石砖和白云砖已成为生力砖种,白云石一氧化锆系是非常有发展前景的耐火材料,同时指出,无铬碱性砖的研究,重点是以提高耐蚀性为中心,并以稳固的窑皮粘着性作为必要条件。

On the tendency of non-chromizing to alkali bricks used for cement kiln

Abstract:Recent status and developing trend to cement kiln bricks are summed up according to the refractory developing situation in Japan, US, Germany and Brazil etc. Because of the harmful pollution from magnesite chrome brick, alkali bricks will be npn-chromized. Magnesia spinel brick and dolomite brick have become the vital bricks, and dolomite-zirconia system will be also the refractory with bright prospect. The author reveals that study on non-chrome alkali bricks will focus to upgrading their corrosion-proof ability with necessary conditions of stable coating cohesion property.
