摘    要:利用电石渣替代石灰石烧制硅酸盐熟料,实验结果表明,电石渣替代30%石灰石配料方案最佳,通过掺加HX型和HY型复合外掺剂,烧制的熟料3 d和128 d强度分别达到40 MPa和168 MPa以上。同时,电石渣有利于改善生料易烧性,降低熟料热耗,节约能源。

Abstract:Test about utilizing calcium carbide slag instead of limestone to produce Portland clinker shows that using calcium carbide slag to replace 30% of limestone is the best dosing proposal. By means of adding HX type and HY type composite additives, the 3-day and 28-day strength of clinker can reach to 40MPa and above 68 MPa separately. Besides, calcium carbide slag is favorable to improve burn-ability of raw meal, and to reduce heat consumption of clinker for energy saving.
