摘    要:草甘膦抗性杂草不断出现,孟山都公司最近展示了RNA干扰在草甘膦抗性杂草治理上应用的案例.RNA干扰(RNAinterference,RNAi)是一种基因沉默机制,RNA干扰作为新兴的基因阻断技术具有明显的优势,也有很多需要解决的问题,无论如何,对于作物性状改良和有害生物防治至少提供了一个新的解决途径.

Abstract:More and more glyphosate-resistant weeds were reported globally. Recently Monsanto introduce glyphosate-resistant weeds control by using RNAi technology. RNA interference is a mechanism of gene silencing. As a newly developed gene-silence tool still lots of questions need to answer. However RNAi is proved to be a tool for improving plant agronomic traits or increasing plant fitness against stress and managing target organism that damages crop.
