30%噻嗪酮·啶虫脒可湿性粉剂超高效液相色谱定量分析

摘    要:建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中噻嗪酮和啶虫脒含量的超高效液相色谱法。采用ACQUITY UPLC BEHC18 1.7μm 2.1×50 mm(i.d.)柱分离,以甲醇+水为流动相,在245 nm紫外检测波长下,经保留时间定性确证,峰面积外标法进行定量分析。结果表明:噻嗪酮与啶虫脒的线性相关系数分别为0.999 9和0.999 5;变异系数分别为0.31%和0.38%;平均回收率分别为98.69%和99.53%。

Abstract:A UPLC method for the determination of buprofezin and acetamiprid WP was developed.The UPLC condition was ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column,methanol+water as mobile phage,and detection wave length at 245 nm.The results demonstrated that the correlation coefficients of buprofezin and acetamiprid were 0.9999 and 0.9995,the variation coefficients were 0.31%and 0.38%and the average recoveries were 98.69%and 99.53%.The method was simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for analysis of this kind of multiplex confected preparation.
