特种车辆履带连接件微纳米渗锌工艺

摘    要:将微纳米渗锌工艺应用到特种车辆履带连接件中,可以显著提高履带连接件的耐磨损、耐腐蚀性能和镀层均匀性,避免零部件发生"锈死"的现象,且微纳米渗锌生产过程中没有三废排放,绿色环保。具有很高的工程价值,经济效益、环境效益显著。

Abstract:In order to significantly improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and coating uniformity of the track connections, avoiding the "rust" phenomenon, the process of micro and nano sherardizing was used in production of track connection piece of special vehicles.The process of micro and nano sherardizing production is environment-friendly, and with high construction value.
