摘    要:本文介绍了以硝酸铁和硝酸铋为原料,采用溶胶凝胶(Sol-gel)方法制备BiFeO_3粉末。并通过改变溶胶的浓度、溶剂的成分、Bi的过量百分比以及烧结温度等条件来探索制备纯相BiFeO_3粉末的最佳工艺参数。实验结果表明在溶胶浓度为0.5 mol/L,溶剂选择乙二醇甲醚,Bi含量按摩尔比过量4%,烧结温度为700℃时,可以烧出纯相的BiFeO_3粉末。

Abstract:BiFeO_3 powders were prepared by Sol-gel method.The starting materials were ferric nitrate and bismuth ni- trate.The concentration of the solution,the solvent,the excessive percentage of Bi and the sintering temperature were stud- ied in order to prepare the pure BiFeO_3 powders.The results showed that the pure BiFeO_3 powders could be obtained when the concentration of the sol was 0.5mol/L,the solvent was 2-methoxyethanol,the excessive percentage of Bi was 4%,and the sintering temperature was 700℃.
