| 摘 要： | 探讨了井矿盐行业钛换热器上难溶氧化铁垢的成因,通过对清洗介质的筛选、溶垢和腐蚀试验,确定了HEDP溶解难溶氧化铁垢的最佳条件,并对溶垢机理进行了探讨.根据试验结果进行了工业清洗.

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the formation cause of difficult-dissolved ferric scale on Titanium heat exchanger for well and rock salt industry.Through screening of cleaning agent,dissolving scale tests and corrosion tests,the best conditions of dissolving ferric scale with HEDP was determined,and the dissolution mechanism was discussed.Industrial cleaning was implemented according to test results. |
