碳酸饮料洗瓶剂的研制及应用

碳酸饮料的洗瓶剂目前尚无国家标准,为满足灌装前的清洗质量,以及大量回收饮料瓶的需要,开发了一种以高温碱性溶液,配以润湿性能好,对碱稳定且可生物降解、无泡的非离子表面活性剂,并添加洗涤助剂、螯合剂和防结块剂,经直接冷拌混合复配而成的洗瓶剂.在不同厂家试用后,各项指标均达到了满意的效果,同时又满足了机械化清洗的工艺条件.

The preparation and usage of the bottle washing agent of the carbonic acid drinks

Up to now, the bottle washing agent of carbonic acid drinks does not have its national standard. To keep the high washing quality before loading and meet the need of collecting the drink bottles, a high temperature alkaline solution is charged mixture with non-ion forthless surface-active agent which has good wetting ability and bio-degradation to alkaline stability. It is added with washing lacquer solvent, chelating agent and anti-caking a-gent. It can be made up directly by cold mixing. The all target of this new solution has got good results after test by some different factories. At the same time it meets the need of the technological requirements of mechanized washing.
