| 摘 要： | 介绍了WNS型工业锅炉化学清洗方案的设计要点和清洗质量控制方法.对碱煮转型及钝化、水冲洗、酸洗流程、药剂浓度控制、酸洗助剂选型、酸洗温度控制、酸洗液流速控制等进行了分析,通过优化操作措施保证清洗的有效实施,达到节约药剂、保证质量、提高效率的目的.

| Abstract: | To introduce the key programme design and the quality control method in the chemical cleaning of the WNS industry boiler.And also advance the attention points and optimization method during the chemical cleaning.The results show that the cleaning agent is economized,the cleaning effect is fine,and the oprational efficiency is improved. |
