摘    要:对现代油烟净化技术中的新型旋风分离式油烟净化器进行动力学分析、内部流场模拟,获得净化过程的受力情况及装置内部速度场、压力场,由此对影响净化效果的设计参数和操作条件进行分析、优化以获得最佳效果。结果表明,适宜的筒体直径和筒体高度有助于实现流体在旋转运动过程中最大限度地分离;适宜的入口流速和流体所处温度环境也是提高净化效果...

Abstract:Force analysis and internal field of velocity and pressure are available after dynamic analysis and internal flow field simulation of a novel cyclone-type fume purifier in the modern purification technics are conducted,thus design parameters and operating conditions affecting the purifying effect of purification are analyzed to optimize for best results.The results show that the optimum diameter and height of cylinder contribute to achieve maximize the separation process;appropriate flow rate of inlet and temperature of the fluid are essential conditions to improve cleaning effectiveness.Results of research are close to the experimental results,which is of great significance for further improving the overall performance and structural optimization of cyclone-type fume purifier.
