双节流结构旋风过滤器阻力性能研究

摘    要:对一种高浓度盐雾分离装置——旋风分离器进行研究,并对已有旋风分离器结构进行了改进,提出了一种具有双节流结构的旋风分离器形式。利用标准k-ε模型和realizable k-ε两种湍流模型进行了数值模拟,给出了相应模型的阻力特性。同时在专门风洞实验台上进行了模型的阻力特性实验,将实验结果与数值模拟结果进行比较,认为在计算旋风分离器阻力特性时,realizable k-ε优于标准k-ε模型。

Abstract:Studied on a kind of marine moisture separator which was called cyclone separator in this article,improved on the structure of former cyclone separator,brought forward a kind of cyclone separator with double regulates frame.The numerical simulation was done by using the standard k-ε model and the realizable k-ε model,and the resistance specialty was given out.The experiment on resistance specialty of the model had been done on the special wind-tunnel.Comparing the results of experiments and numerical simulation,we can recognize the realizable k-ε model was better than the standard k-ε model when we compute the resistance specialty of the cyclone separator.
