微波固相合成硅钨酸镧催化合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮

摘    要:微波固相合成硅钨酸镧催化剂,用红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线衍射(XRD)对催化剂进行表征。以催化合成环已酮乙二醇缩酮为探针,考察环己酮与乙二醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间、带水剂用量及催化剂重复使用次数对催化剂催化活性的影响。研究发现,硅钨酸镧对催化合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮具有良好的催化活性,且硅钨酸镧合成方法简单,催化剂重复使用性能良好。在最佳反应条件下环己酮乙二醇缩酮的收率为84.0%。

Abstract:Silicotungstic acid lanthanum catalyst was synthesized by solid-state interaction under microwave heating.It was also characterized by FT-IR and XRD.With catalytic synthesis of cyclohexanone glycol ketal as probe,the influences of the amount-of-substance ratio of cyclohexanone to glycol,catalyst dosage,reaction time,dosage of water-carrying agent,and catalyst reuse times on catalytic activity were investigated.The study found that silicotungstic acid lanthanum had good catalytic activity to catalytic synthesis of cyclohexanone glycol ketal.Furthermore,the synthesis of lanthanum silicotungstic acid was simple,and the reuse performance of catalyst was good.Under the optimum reaction conditions,the yield of cyclohexanone glycol ketal was 84.0%.
