| 摘 要： | 硫酸法钛白生产中。每生产1t钛白约产生硫酸质量分数为20％左右的废酸6t，废酸的治理是解决钛白生产环境污染的一项重要工作。在所有的治理措施中，只要将废酸浓缩至70％（质量分数）就可以返回酸解全部回用，因此，废酸浓缩是最直接有效的治理钛白废酸的方法。简单介绍了国内外所采取的一些治理措施，重点对国内钛白废酸浓缩的各种生产工艺进行了介绍。 |

| Abstract: | In the production of the titanium dioxide(TiO2)by sulfate process,to produce 1 t TiO2 product will generate 6 t waste H2SO4,whose mass fraction is 20%.The treatment of the waste acid is one of the most important works of settling the environment contamination for TiO2 production.In all kinds of disposing ways,the acid concentration method is the most directly and effectively one to treat TiO2 waste acid,because as long as the waste acid can be concentrated to 70%(mass fraction),it can be recycled to acid hydrolysis process totally.Some methods to treat waste acid in China and abroad are introduced briefly and various domestic technologies of the TiO2 waste acid concentration are introduced emphatically. |
