摘    要:采用新型有机热载体炉与蒸气发生器配套使用,利用煅烧炉排出的高温烟气,通过热媒交换炉将导热油加热,通过管道送至炭素生产工艺中的沥青熔化、混捏等用热设备,改变了传统采用蒸气加热方式,节约能源。经过热媒交换炉后的导热油,通过蒸气发生器产生饱和蒸气,满足生产、生活用气。采用热媒加热后,提高了沥青熔化温度,改善了产品质量,提高了生产效率,解决了公司供气不足的局面。通过技术革新,综合利用能源,减少了环境污染,煅烧炉余热得到了充分的利用,提高了经济效益。

Abstract:Waste heat utilization of calciner for smelting pitch which changed traditional heat way with vapour and energy saving. It is to use a new heat transmitting furnace with a vapour creator to treat the high temperature fume to heat the Transmitting Oil and then send it the pitch tank and mixing facilities through heat medium exchange furnace. The transmitting Oil through heat medium exchange furnace may create saturated steam through steam generator which can meet the steam demand for production and life. The heating with heat medium can increase pitch smelting temperature, improve production quality, increase output, also solve the steam shortage problem, realize,comprehensive utilization of energy and reduce environmental pollution,realizes full use of waste heat of calciners,and increase economic efficiency.
