摘    要:介绍了中平能化集团开封炭素有限公司最新企业标准中的技术指标情况,并且与国内外相关企业及行业标准中同类型产品的技术指标进行了对比。文中结合超高功率石墨电极的生产工艺以及其在电弧炉上的使用性能和消耗机理,分析了主要技术指标的影响因素,为同行在起草企业标准或修改行业标准时提供参考。

Abstract:This paper describes technical indicators of the latest enterprise standard of Kaifeng Carbon Co., Ltd Zhongping Energy & Chemical Group. And it compares with that of relative industry and enterprise standards both at home and abroad. Based on the production technology of UHP graphite electrodes and its operational performance and consumption in EAF, the paper analyses the influencing factors on main technical indicators, providing reference for carbon companies when they draft enterprise standard or modify industry standard.
