旬阳镜铁矿选矿与深加工试验研究

摘    要:旬阳镜铁矿原矿全铁品位在57%左右,单一强磁选获得TFe65%以上的铁精矿,回收率大于85%,用摇床或螺旋溜槽进行重选也能选出品位合格的铁精矿,但回收率显著低于强磁选。浮选可产出高纯镜铁矿,再细磨可制得油漆填料云母氧化铁。

Abstract:The total iron grade of Xunyang specularite was 57% or so.The grade of the iron concentrate obtained from single intensive magnetic dressing was more than TFe 65%,its recovery more than 85%.The iron concentrate with qualified grade also could be beneficiated by tabling and spiral chute separation,but its recovery is distinctly lower than it obtained from intensive magnetic dressing.High pure specularite could be produced by flotation method.After fine grinding,it could be used to produce paint filler.
