白土矿物超细磨中助磨剂的研究

摘    要:对某地白土矿超细磨助磨剂的研究结果表明,四种表面活性剂的助磨效果顺序是石油磺酸钠>TF279>三乙醇胺>油酸钠。当石油磺酸钠用量为0.155%时,其-500目产率可由76.5%提高到84.9%,增量为8.4%。NaOH、Na2CO3和六偏磷酸钠三种无机盐对白土矿物亦有一定的助磨效果,当碳酸钠加入量为0.15%时,其-500目产率增加了7.4%。助磨剂能明显提高粉磨效率。

Abstract:Study results on grinding aids in ultra-fine grinding of somewhere argil mineral show that the effectiveness sequence of four surfactants is sodium oil sulfonate>TF 279 >tricthanolamine >sodium olcate. The yield of -500 mesh mineral can inercased by 8. 4 %, from 76. 5% to 84. 9%,at the consumption of sodium oil sulfonate 0. 155 %. some grinding cffectiveness can also be obtained in grinding argil mincral by using sodium hydroxide,sodium carbonate,sodium hexametaphosphate as grinding aids. The yield of -500 mesh mineral can increased by 7. 4% at the consumption of sodium carbonate 0. 15%. Grinding cffectiveness can be evidently incrcasedby using grinding aids.
