| 摘 要： | 在硼铁矿富硼渣酸解制硼酸的过程中,酸解矿渣过滤难一直是工业化利用未解决的难题.在富硼渣酸解工艺中,可能影响酸解液过滤速率的因素有两类:一是由于硅酸溶胶( H2 SiO3)的存在,使酸解液粘度增大,导致过滤阻力增加;二是生成的硫酸钙晶体的类型、形貌和尺寸.本文对这两种因素做了重点考察与分析,实验结果表明:酸解渣中生成的C...
