碳酸锂碳化反应动力学研究

摘    要:研究了碳酸锂碳化反应动力学,利用气-液-固三相机械搅拌反应器,通过监测反应过程中CO2气体的压力变化与消耗情况,计算出反应速率,简化了分析步骤.实验发现,在实验范围内,得到的碳化反应速率随时间的变化曲线均经历一个非单调的从大变小,再增大,后又减小直至为0或趋于稳定的变化过程.通过反应机理分析,借助气-液传质的双膜理论模型,导出了碳酸锂碳化反应动力学方程,并根据动力学方程解释了实验现象.

Abstract:The kinetics of the carbonization reaction of lithium carbonate was studied.A gas-liquid-solid three-phase mechanical agitated reactor was used as the reactor.The carbonization reaction rate was calculated by means of measuring the pressure change of CO_2.It was found that the variations of carbonization reaction velocity versus above operation parameters were non-monotone,but changed in the mode of big-small-big-small.On the basis of the double-film theory model,a kinetics equation was proposed through analyzing the mechanism of the reaction.Based on the equation,the experimental results were explained well.
