超音速流化床气流磨系统压力参数的研究

摘    要:本文分析了流化床气流粉碎分级系统中的压力参数对流化床粉碎与涡轮分级机性能的影响。论述了压力参数的控制状态。经理论分析与工业实验证明,合理与稳定的系统压力分布是获得高效粉碎和精确分级的重要条件。

Abstract:The effects of pressure parameters in the system of fluid bed grinding and turbine classification on the properties of the fluid bed grinder and turbine classifier were analyzed.The control state of the pressure parameters was expounded also.It was shown by theoretical analysis and industrial experiments that reasonable and stable pressure distribution was the key to obtain high griding efficiency and precise classification efficiency.
