贵州织金某磷矿反浮选工艺研究与实践

摘    要:贵州织金某磷矿原矿P2O5品位为20.85%、MgO质量分数为7.50%,属高镁低硅磷矿。针对矿石性质,采用反浮选工艺,通过1粗1扫和1粗1扫1精加精扫两种工艺流进行选别,结果表明:,前者精矿MgO质量分数为1.80%左右,不能满足下游生产指标要求;后者可获得精矿P2O5品位为32.42%、MgO质量分数为0.92%、精矿P2O5回收率为89.62%的工艺指标。

Abstract:A phosphate run-of-mine ore containing 20.85% P2O5 and 7.50% MgO in Zhijin,Guizhou province was classified as the phosphate rock of high magnesium and low silicon.Based on the ore nature,two kinds of reverse flotation circuits were used in the study and practice of beneficiating the phosphate rock,the one was composed of a rou-gher and a scavenger,the another was composed of a rougher,a scavenger,a cleaner with a scavenging flotation of cleaner tailings.While the phosphate concentrate produced from the former flotation circuit did not meet the technical specifications as it assayed about 1.80% MgO,the phosphate concentrate obtained from the latter flotation circuit contained 32.42% P2O5,0.92% MgO,with 89.62% P2O5 recovery.
