绢云母的超细粉碎与表面改性及其应用研究

摘    要:以砂磨机为粉碎设备 ,得到对绢云母进行超细粉碎的最佳工艺条件 :磨矿时间 6h ,矿浆质量分数 40 % ,助磨剂用量 0 .2 0 %。应用三种改性剂对超细绢云母进行干法改性并将改性后的产品充填于丁苯橡胶中 ,通过改性预评价及充填丁苯橡胶性能测试 ,得到铝酸脂改性效果最佳。探讨了改性超细绢云母用于丁苯橡胶中做补强剂的可行性

Abstract:Best processing conditions of ultra fine grinding of sericite with sand mill were suggested as follows: grinding time 6h, slurry density 40%, addition quantity of grinding aid agent 0.20%. Three kinds of modifying agents were tested by dry method. The physical properties of modified sericite were measured with several different methods. The results showed that the best modifying agent was coupling agent of organic aluminate.
