摘    要:提出了以风侧流阻最小为目标函数, 传热负荷与迎风面尺寸为约束条件的双金属翅片管换热器优化设计模型, 并开发出了相应的设计软件,成功地进行了在尿素大颗粒工程中五台蒸汽加热器的优化设计。

Abstract:In this paper, the optimal design model for bi-metallic finned tube heat exchangers was presented. In this model, the objective is the minimum value of the flow resistance at the wind side, and the constraints include the heat transfer load and the size at the facing wind side. A software based on this model has developed and been used in the design of 5 vapor heaters in the large granulated urea project.
