典型快开门式压力容器爆炸失效规律研究

快开门式压力容器爆炸事故在压力容器事故中占有较大的比重,因此快开门式压力容器的安全运行与人民的生命与财产安全息息相关。在对近年来快开门容器爆炸事故统计分析的基础上,对典型快开门式压力容器,包括齿啮式与平启式,进行了爆炸失效原因分析。针对快开门式压力容器爆炸事故的起因,提出了相关的对策与急需研究的课题。相关研究结论可以为该类事故的预防提供参考。

Study of Explosive Failure Occurred in Typical Quick Actuating Pressure Vessel

The failures due to the explosion occurred in quick actuating vessel have large proportion in the accidents of pressure ves- sels. Thus, the safe performance of quick actuating vessel is close to the safety of people lives and properties. Based on the statistical analysis of the explosion occurred in quick actuating vessels recent years, the causes analysis of explosion failure of quick actuating vessels, including tooth - locked and face - face contact style vessels, were carried out. With respect to the causes of explosion, the counter measures and the research tasks which are urgent were proposed, and some relevant conclusions from the research has been presented for reference to prevention of this kind of accidents.
