| 摘 要： | 采用面-面接触模型来模拟卡箍体与筒体端部及平盖之间的接触过程,运用三维有限单元法对卡箍式快开盖结构进行了详细的应力计算,并着重对结构的接触应力进行了分析,得到了接触面上应力的分布规律。同时还按照JB4732—1995的要求对结构进行了应力强度评定。

| Abstract: | By using face-face contact model, the contact progress between clamp, end of cylinder and flat was simulated. 3-D finite element method was employed to calculate the stresses in quick - opening clamp structure. The contact stresses in this structure was analyzed, thus, the distribution of the stresses on the contact surface was obtained. At the same times, the strength of this structure was assessed in accordance with the requirements in JB 4732-95. |
