磁流体密封的优化设计研究

摘    要:本文对磁流体密封应用前景进行了展望;在前人工作的基础之上,通过对现有的部分磁流体密封结构与参数的分析计算进行了优化设计。给出了磁钢的材料选择和尺寸确定原则以及密封压差和齿形、密封间隙的优化设计原则和取值范围。

Abstract:In this paper,the application of magnet fluid seal was prospected.Upon the work of other researchers,the optimum design for a part of the parameters and structure of the magnet fluid seal was carried out.The principles of selecting the magnet steel material,determining the sizes,optimum designing pressure difference,seal shape and seal gap were presented.
