| Abstract: | Tiffs paper introduced the status, types distribution, characteristics and preparation of collagen protein briefly, and the special physical and chemical properties,the good biocompatibility of collagen protein and its applications in some relational areas such as cosmetics, medicine, animal feeds and industry were expounded. Finally the advancement of reconstituted collagen produced by genetic engineering technology was described. |
