摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备La/S/TiO2光催化剂,以甲基橙溶液为目标降解物,利用正交试验考察n(La)/n(S)值、抑制剂投加量、凝胶温度及煅烧温度等因素对所制催化剂降解甲基橙效果的影v向.对所制催化剂进行XRD、UV—Vis表征,并对最佳工艺条件下制备的La/S/TiO2光催化剂进行单因素应用条件优化,,试验结果表明,在n(La)/n(S)值为1:1,抑制剂冰醋酸的投加量为6.4mL,凝胶温度为35℃,煅烧温度为500℃的条件下制备出的催化剂粒径为4.6mm,其对光吸收具有明显红移;当催化剂投加量为10g/L.电子受体H2O2的投加量为5mL/L,反应时间为120min,体系温度为25℃的各件下,采用可见光照射处理质量浓度为20mg/L的甲基橙溶液,降解率可达90%以上、

Preparation and application of La-S co-doped nano-TiO2

Abstract:La/S/Ti02 photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method. With methyl orange as target product, erties of the photocatalyst were characterized by XRD and UV-Vis, and then, the single factor application condition of the La/S/TiO2 photoeatalyst prepared under optimal condition was optimized. The results of the test showed that, under the preparation conditions with n(La)/n(S) value of 1 : 1, acetic acid dosage of 6.4 mL, gel temperature of 35 ℃, and caleinations temperature of 500 ℃, the prepared catalyst had a particle diameter of 4.6 nm, and the absorption edge of it shifted remarkably towards to longer wavelength. Under the condition that, the catalyst and H202 dosage were 10 g/L and 5 mL/L respectively, the reaction time was 120 min, and the system temperature was 25℃, the degradation rate of methyl orange in the methyl orange solution with mass concentration of 20 mg/L reached above 90% under visible light irradiation.
