婴幼儿对地鼠肾细胞培养乙型脑炎灭活疫苗的中和抗体应答

应用蚀斑减少中和试验法，测定乙脑流行区婴幼儿对地鼠肾细胞培养乙型脑炎灭活疫苗的中和抗体应答，4～17个月龄婴幼儿在免疫前中和抗体阳性率为2．4％，两针基础免疫后阳性率为57.23％；1年后加强注射1针阳性率为95－95％；1岁基础免疫两针，2、4岁分别加强1针，6岁时抗体阳性率为70．59％，再加强注射1针为94．12％；1岁基础免疫两针，2、4和6岁分别加强注射1针·到10岁时抗体阳性率为96·67％，再加强注射1针上升为100％。作者认为乙脑灭活疫苗基础免疫应注射3针，2～3岁和6岁时再分别加强注射1针，小学阶段可不再加强注射。

After 1 booster dose was given oneyear later, the positive rate was 95. 95 %. The antibody positive rate of children aged 6, who received2 doses of primary immunization at 1-year-old and 2 booster doses at 2-and 4-years-old respectively,was 70. 59 %, and after 1 booster dose was 94. 12 %. The antibody positive rate of the children aged10, who received 2 doses of primary mmunization at 1-year-old and 3 booster doseS at 2-, 4- and 6-years-old respectively, was 96. 67 %, and after 1 booster dose was 100 %. The authors suggested thata immunization schedule of inactivated JE should include 3 doses of primary immunization at l-year-old and 2 bocoter doses at 2~3- and 6-years-old respectively. No booster dose was needed at primaryschool age.
