柯萨奇病毒B4对ICR小鼠胰腺组织及糖耐量的影响

目的研究柯萨奇病毒B4(CVB4/jlu06株)对ICR小鼠胰腺组织及糖耐量的影响,探讨柯萨奇病毒感染与I型糖尿病(T1D)之间的关系。方法CVB4/jlu06毒株腹腔注射感染ICR小鼠,感染后不同时间取小鼠胰腺组织,进行病理及免疫组化分析,并测定糖耐量。结果随着感染时间延长,小鼠胰腺组织损害加重。免疫组化染色在胰腺组织中检测到大量病毒抗原。感染后117d,病毒感染小鼠糖耐量水平比未感染对照组明显降低,且差异有显著意义。结论CVB4/jlu06毒株感染可引起ICR小鼠糖尿病样症状,其感染可能与T1D的发生密切相关。

Effect of Coxsackievirus B4 Strain on Pancreatic Tissue and Glucose Tolerance of ICR Mice

Objective To study the effect of cosackievirus B4 strain (CVB4/jlu06) on pancreatic tissue and glucose tolerance of ICR mice and explore the relationship between coxsackievirus infection and type l diabetes (TlD).Methods Infect ICR mice with CVB4/jlu06 strain by i.p.injection.Determine the glucose tolerance and take pancreatic tissue for pathological and immunohistochemcial assays on various days after infection.Results The damage degree of pancreatic tissue of mice increased with the increasing days after infection.A large quantity of virus antigen was detected in pancreatic tissue by immunohitochemical assay.The glucose tolerance level of mice 117 d after infection decreased significantly than that of uninfected mice.Conclusion The infection with CVB4/jlu06 cause TlD-like symptoms in ICR mice,indicating potential relationship between the infection and TlD-like symptoms in ICR mice,indicating potential relationship between the infection and TlD.
