| 摘 要： | QDB-04耐硫变换催化剂具有活性稳定性高和有机硫水解性能好等特点,在我国以煤为原料不同气化工艺的大、中型化肥厂及城市煤气的耐硫变换装置上得到了广泛的应用。本文介绍了QDB-04催化剂在国内首套高压全低变流程装置——天脊中化高平化工有限公司合成氨装置中的工业应用情况。

| Abstract: | QDB-04 sulfur-tolerant catalysts have already been applied in large and medium-sized coal-based fertilizer plants and city gas plants for CO shift because of its good behaviour in higher steady activation and organic sulfur hydrolyzing.This paper introduces the application of QDB-04 catalysts for CO shift with high pressure and total low temperature process in ammonia plant of Tianji Sinochem Gaoping Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd,which is the first case in China. |
