摘    要:介绍了一种以白钠镁矾为原料制取芒硝和泻利盐的工艺,该工艺克服了传统工艺的缺陷,减少了工艺中析白钠镁矾的过程,工艺流程能耗低、操作简便、生产成本低、经济效益好,可以充分利用硫酸钠、硫酸镁资源。讨论了对该工艺的各种影响因素,确立了适宜的工艺条件,并制得合格的芒硝和泻利盐产品。

Abstract:A process of extracting mirabilite and epsomite from astrakanite was investigated,which overcomes the deficits of the traditional process by cutting off the process of separation of astrakanite.The results showed that the process was of lower energy consumption,lower cost,but easy to operate with higher economic benefits.In addition,resources of sodium sulfate and magnesium sulfate can be fully utilized therein.
