摘    要:以喹啉-2,3-二羧酸为原料,经过脱羧、酰氯化和醇解等3步反应来合成喹啉-3-羧酸甲酯,总收率达83.5%。用红外光谱及核磁共振图谱对目标产物进行了结构表征,产物的熔点为74~75℃。讨论并证实了第一步脱羧反应的反应机理。

Abstract:3-Quinolinecarboxylic acid methyl ester was synthesized from quinoline-2,3-dicarboxylic acid in steps of decarboxylation,chlorization and alcoholysis in an overall yield of 83.5%.The structure of the target compound was identified by IR and 1H NMR.Its melting point was 74~75℃.The mechanism of decarboxylation was discussed.
