茶皂素对杀虫剂的增效作用

摘    要:室内联合毒力测定结果表明,茶皂素可做杀虫剂的增效剂。杀虫单与茶皂素3∶1混配对叶蝉、粘虫均表现显著增效,其增效系数(SR)分别为181和282。马拉硫磷与茶皂素以4∶1混配对叶蝉、蚜虫表现为增效,SR分别为149和109;而对红蜘蛛其联合毒力表现为相加作用,其共毒系数(CTC)为10304。这些都说明茶皂素在农药工业中具有开发应用价值。

Abstract:The determination of the associative virulence indicated that teasaponia can be akind of efficacious synergist. When the ratio of monomehypo to teasaponia is 3∶1, the synergic coefficients to leafhopper and armyworm are 1.82 and 2.82, respectively. When malathion to teasaponin 4∶1, those to leafhopper and aphid 1.49 and 1.09. The teasaponia increases the virulence of malathon to the red spider, the virulence coefficient up to 103.04. This indicates the applied prospect of teasaponia in agricultural chemicals.
