草甘膦副产盐渣综合利用扩试研究

摘    要:利用自主研发的专利设备热分解炉及工艺,对草甘膦副产盐渣进行综合利用扩大实验,获得十分理想的结果,经处理后的盐总氮质量分数小于20×10^-6,总磷质量分数小于5×10^-6,可完全满足氯碱工业用盐要求,为草甘膦副产的资源化利用提供了一条可行的技术路线。

Abstract:Expanded -scale tests on the multipurpose utilization of by -product salt derived from production process of glyphosate were studied by using a special device and technology developed by Hunan Research Institute of Chemical Industry.The results showed that the total nitrogen of the treated salt was less than 20×10-6,and the total phosphorus was less than 5×10-6.These data meet the requirements of chloride alkali industry and provide a feasible pathway to the recycling of glyphosate by-products.
