光催化纳米CdS复合TiO2薄膜的表面形貌及太阳光光催化性能

摘    要:采用禁带宽度较窄的CdS与TiO2进行复合,形成复合光催化纳米薄膜,可使自洁净玻璃的太阳光光催化效率大大提高.以溶胶-凝胶法,通过旋转涂膜工艺在玻璃表面制备CdS复合TiO2薄膜.利用SEM研究玻璃表面复合薄膜的形貌,电子能谱研究玻璃表面薄膜成分,并且利用高效液相色谱和可见光分光光度计测定薄膜对油酸、醋酸等有机物的太阳光光催化降解效率.

Abstract:Thin-bounded CdS compounded TiO 2 films can promote the visiblelight-photocatalytic degene-ration efficiency of glass surface greatly. CdS compounded TiO 2 films are prepared by sol-gel method using spinning technique, and 90nm-thick films are obtained after two-layer coated.The morphology of glass surface is observed through SEM. The influence of compounding on the photocatalytic degeneration efficiency of TiO 2 films under visible light for oleic acid and acetic acid is investigated by high-pressure liquid chromatography.
