磁热锰锌铁氧体湿法制备工艺研究

摘    要:用化学共沉淀法研制了磁热锰锌铁氧体,并对样品进行了前驱体颗粒度测试,磁滞回线、X-射线衍射及发热实验测定.结果表明,共沉淀工艺的最佳pH值为4,最佳保温温度为70℃,保温时间为1.5h.加料采用逆加法和滴加法.最佳烧结温度是800℃.在交变磁场下,有明显的磁热效应.与干法比,湿法所得锰锌铁氧体性能更好.

Abstract:The Mn-Zn ferrite of thermomagnetic effect was prepared by coprecipitation. The samples were tested by LS Particle Size Analyzer for precursor,and the hysteresis loop, XRD and thermomagnetic tests were also carried out. The results show that the best pH value is 4, the best preserved temperature is 70 and the best preserved time is 1.5h. We use reversal drop-method to add reagent. Being placed under alternative magnetic field, the samples have the obvious thermomagnetic effect. Compared to dry preparation, the Mn-Zn ferrite prepared by wet preparation has better quality.
