摘    要:以塔河某稠油为样,在优化条件下进行降黏实验研究。试油40g,降黏剂WWS质量分数0.4%,碳酸钠质量分数0.2%,加水量20mL(矿化度5 000mg/L),实验温度65℃,搅拌下反应80min,稠油的黏度从65℃时的5 620mPa.s降至180mPa.s,降黏率达到96%以上,改善了稠油的流动性。

Abstract:Using Tahe heavy oil as an experimental sample,under the optimum conditions that heavy oil 40 g,the dosage of the viscosity-reduction agent WWS 0.4%,the weight of the sodium carbonate 0.2%,water amount 20 mL(salinity of 5000 mg/L),reaction temperature 65 ℃,reaction time 180 min and accompanied with agitation,the viscosity reduction experiment is carried out.The viscosity of the heavy oil drops from 5 620 mPa·s to 180 mPa·s at 65 ℃,and the viscosity reduction ratio achieved over 96% which greatly improved the fluidity of the heavy oil.
