| 摘 要： | 介绍了低温熔融法生产不溶性硫磺新工艺。该工艺主要分为4个工序:(1)中品位不溶性硫磺的制备;(2)高品位不溶性硫磺的制备;(3)充油型不溶性硫磺的制备;(4)萃取剂的蒸发回收利用。制备的充油型不溶性硫磺性能指标优于化工行业标准HG/T2525-93,产品高温稳定性达到90%以上。

| Abstract: | The new production process of insoluble sulphur with low-temperature melt way is introduced.The process is divided into four steps:(1) the preparation of middle-grade insoluble sulphur;(2) the preparation of high-grade insoluble sulphur;(3) the preparation of oiled insoluble sulphur;(4) the distillation and reuse of extraction reagent.The performance target of oiled insoluble sulphur is superior to HG/T2525-93.The high-temperature stability of production is above 90%. |
