干法制备高取代度阳离子淀粉的研究

摘    要:N (2 ,3 环氧丙基 )三甲基氯化铵 (GTA)阳离子化试剂 ,干法制备了高取代度季铵型阳离子淀粉。通过正交实验 ,研究了氢氧化钠用量、反应温度和反应时间对取代度和反应效率的影响。当淀粉用量为 5 5g ,GTA用量为 3 3g时 ,最佳反应条件为 :氢氧化钠 0 0 8g ,反应温度 80℃ ,反应时间 2 5h ,取代度为 0 5 6 ,反应效率为 83 8%。

Abstract:The cationic starch with high degree of substitution bearing quaternary ammonium groups was prepared via reaction of starch with glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (GTA) using the dry process.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and amount of NaOH on the degrees of substitution of products were discussed by orthogonal test. When the amounts of starch and GTA were 5 5 g and 3 g respectively,the optimal reaction conditions were:NaOH 0 08 g,reaction time 2 5 h and reaction temperature 80 ℃,the degree of substitution was 0 56 and the reaction efficiency was 83 8%.
